Support School Transformation Program In India

The School Transformation Program in India caters to 4 schools in Kargil. 

1. Suru Valley Public High School -Kargil  950 students

2. Muttahary Public School  - Kargil Town 560 students

3. Muttahary Public School - Kurbathang 290 students

4. Immaiya Mission School - Leh 700-900 students

These four lighthouse schools undergo a full transformation in 5 key areas namely; Leadership and governing body, academic and professional development, Systems and operations, Holistic wellbeing, Infrastructure and Legal compliance.

The program extends its support to 15 engagement schools  in remote locations within Ladakh. The average strength of the schools is 150 students. All schools have similar issues - no resources for teaching pre-primary classes, no libraries or computer labs, lack of stationary and school supplies to do any art activities.
